This Rosé is 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petite Verdot. This wine is low in residual sugar which adds to the crisp style. This Rosé was made with little skin contact during fermentation adding to its subtle yet distinct Cabernet character. Light and refreshing with hints of raspberry in the nose and palate.
