Almondtini recipe- 3 parts Almond Sparkling & 1 Part Chocolate Decadencia serve in a Martini Glass with Chocoalte shavings around the rim.

Up the Creek recipe- 3 parts Almond Sparkling & 1 part Angelica Cream Sherry serve in a wine glass or Champagne flute. 

May's Favorite recipe- In a rocks glass pack with ice, pour 2 oz. of Angelica Cream Sherry & 5 oz. diet creamsoda. ( we like A & W creamsoda) 

Almond Sparkling Wine

This gold-medal winning sparkling wine is also referred to as the "OH MY GOSH"® sparkling wine. Aromatic with sweet almond marzipan dominating the bouquet and a lingering finish of caramelized sugar.

Decadencia® Chocolate 'Old Vine Zinfandel'

Smooth, elegant, and rich with fruit-forward flavors of plum, currant, and black cherry. Chocolate plays in the mid-palate. Flavors of vanilla and spice linger in the finish.

Angelica Cream Sherry

Absorb the rich flavors of caramel and hazelnut. The fortified dessert wine became known as "Angelica" in that it is sweet, heavenly, and long-lived. The Angelica Cream Sherry was aged in oak barrels for a year, then aged in wood tanks for 6 years. It is ready to enjoy now or will age nicely for about 10-20 years.
