Sparkling Rose- The Sparkling Rosé is a refreshing sparkling wine bursting with aromas and flavors reminiscent of strawberries and melons. This wine opens with a burst of bubbles which slows to a stream of fine bubbles. The sparkling Rosé is clean and refreshing with balanced acidity and a rich mouth feel.
2019 Roussanne- It's structure is firm with supple acids, medium in body with exotic flavors of pear, melon and herbal tea trickle to a citrus peel finish. This vintage of Roussanne displays more robust flavors and a bit more weight on the palate.
2019 Viognier- Full-fruit-forward flavors of peach, green melon and hint of citrus tangerine in the finish.
NV Ecclesia Cabernet Blend- This wine's structure is based on the Tannat and Petite Sirah. As one of our best red blend wines, its character of Cabernet and Malbec help tie it all together with its subtle softness.
