Estate grown in Temecula Valley. Meritage ( rhymes with heritage) wines can be produced red or white. This wine is blended with two or more Bordeaux grapes and is a red Meritage. The word is a combination of "merit" (for the quality of the grapes) and "heritage" (recognizing the centuries-old tradition of blending wine varietals).
